What we do
We specialise in the distribution and representation of products from the world's leading brands.
Distribution
Amex's core business is the distribution of school, office, home and leisure products and furnishings in Poland. We distribute through a nationwide network of business partners. In Poland, we supply wholesalers, stationary and online shops as well as large retail chains. In the European markets, we distribute our own brands through selected partners in the respective country.
Clients
These are retail shops or local distributors that supply schools, offices, stationery shops and end users with learning, leisure and DIY products. Our customers also include interior design companies.
Suppliers
Our range consists of some of the most well-known and respected suppliers in their fields. In Poland, we act as their exclusive agents with the sole task of developing their brands.
Production
Memoboards Ltd is an important part of the Amex Group. It designs and manufactures a wide range of school and office boards and visual communication products under the MemoBe brand and our customers' brands.
Brands
In addition to our own brands such as MemoBe and Cricco, our range also includes manufacturers such as Faber-Castell, tesa, Leuchtturm1917 and Dahle.
The first steps of our company focused on the production of writing instruments based on semi-finished products and their sale on the local markets.
DEVELOPMENT OF IMPORTS
90's
At the beginning of the 1990s, we concentrated on importing school and office supplies and distributed them throughout Poland. It was also at this time that our first brands were established.

From 1992 to today
Thanks to our extensive distribution network and professional sales and marketing structures, we have gradually added some of the best brands in the world (e.g. Faber-Castell, Leuchturrm1917, Graf von Faber-Castell, Novus, Dahle) to our portfolio, which we represent exclusively in Poland.
NEW INFRASTRUCTURE
2003
A milestone in our development was the move to our own properties and their subsequent expansion. Today, all business areas (warehouses, offices, production buildings) are located at a single address on Sikorki Street in Krakow.

2011
In mid-2011, Memoboards, one of the best-known manufacturers in its category, became part of the Amex Group. Thanks to this investment, we acquired the necessary production know-how and Memoboards was able to reach a larger clientele.
